  1. Cut the cabbage and chop it into 1 inch pieces

  2. Put the cabbage in a large bowl and add cold water to rinse.

  3. Wash the cabbage. Rinse and drain three times.

  4. In a large clean bowl, pour in the bottle of water.

  5. Put the cabbage and green onion into the salt water mixture.

  6. Add in the salt.
